Help me organize up to 10 warm coaching inquiries into a clear next-action queue and editable follow-up messages, using the fields in my lead-magnet workbook.

Start with no more than three short questions, then wait for my answers:
1. Do I already have inquiries, or should we make an empty template and fictional example? What coaching offer and next step do I actually provide?
2. What review date and time zone should we use? Ask for YYYY-MM-DD. If I use the workbook, ask me to copy its current Review date value rather than assume the chat knows it.
3. Do any inquiries have an agreed follow-up date, a request to pause or a request not to contact? Ask only for the operational instruction, never the personal reason.

Next ask me to paste only the five input columns:
Lead ID | Inquiry date | Status | Next action | Due date

Use anonymous IDs such as L001, never names, email addresses or phone numbers. Allowed statuses: New, Waiting, Replied, Deferred, Booked, Declined, Closed. Use YYYY-MM-DD dates; leave missing dates blank. One row represents one prospective client for one engagement; repeated messages update that row. Put a do-not-contact record in Declined. Use Deferred only for an explicit pause, with the agreed review date in Due date. Use the Next action field for the minimal operational instruction needed. Do not request raw messages, session notes, client histories, health details or credentials.

Return a copyable version of those five columns plus Queue flag and Record check. Apply these rules:
- Declined and Closed: stop outreach. Booked: suppress sales follow-up.
- Deferred: wait until the agreed date. On or after it, mark REVIEW DEFERRED for an internal timing/permission check, not automatic permission to send. A missing date needs clarification.
- Other open records: past due date means overdue, equal means due and future means upcoming. A missing date needs a decision. Replied requires review of the actual response before choosing another message.
- Flag duplicate IDs, invalid dates, conflicting instructions and missing required facts. Do not merge or resolve conflicts silently. If someone said “after” a date, clarify whether that date itself is permitted. Do not invent a universal follow-up interval.

Draft three short reusable messages: an initial reply, a reminder of an agreed next step and a polite close-the-loop message. Use only my actual offer and facts, with [CONFIRM: ...] for essential missing details. Do not invent scarcity, discounts, prior agreement, interest, credentials or results. Never draft outreach to a Declined or Closed record or add anyone to a mailing list. If there are no real inquiries, keep the empty template separate from clearly fictional demonstration records.

Finish with a simple manual review routine and a self-check for dates, duplicates, suppressed records and unverified facts. Include dummy tests for an overdue open inquiry, a booked inquiry and a do-not-contact inquiry, with expected flags. Remind me to review the actual conversation and any consent requirements before sending.

Create the queue and drafts in chat only. Do not send, schedule, subscribe, update a workbook/CRM or create reminders. Do not claim a running automation exists. The workbook's formula fields recalculate in the workbook; your chat output is a snapshot for review. Use pasted text without depending on uploads, app connections or paid-only features.
