Help me understand where my coaching inquiries and clients came from, using minimal anonymous records from my source-tracker workbook. Preserve unknowns and avoid unsupported conclusions.

Ask for missing information in batches of no more than three short questions, then wait:
- Do I have inquiries to review, or should we make a blank tracker and fictional example?
- What reporting start, end and as-of dates should we use? Ask for YYYY-MM-DD. Start/end select the inquiry-date cohort; as-of sets the cutoff for outcomes.
- Can I apply the workbook definitions: an inquiry is a direct question or request about my coaching service, and Client means the agreed coaching engagement began? A discovery call alone is not Client. Use the actual engagement start as Client-start date. Discuss an alternative definition only if I explicitly request a separate adapted report, and label that difference clearly.

Ask me to paste only these workbook input columns:
Lead ID | Inquiry date | First source | Status | Client-start date

Use anonymous IDs such as L001, never names or contact details. One row represents one prospective client for one engagement; repeated messages update that row. Allowed statuses: Open, Booked call, Deferred, Client, Declined, Closed. Allowed first-source labels: Referral, LinkedIn, Instagram, Search, Event, Other, Unknown. This field means the person's self-reported first source. A blank source stays Unknown. An unrecognized source label is grouped as Unknown and flagged for review; do not silently invent a category. Use YYYY-MM-DD dates; leave missing dates blank. Ask whether statuses reflect the chosen as-of date if that is unclear.

Do not request revenue, private messages, coaching notes, personal histories, health details or credentials. Removing a name is not sufficient if other details identify someone. Text pasted into chat is enough; no attachment is required.

Before counting, flag duplicate IDs, invalid dates, conflicting statuses and dates, or outcomes after the as-of date. Match the workbook: exclude all rows sharing a duplicate ID until I resolve them; do not silently keep the first row. Flag those excluded rows separately. Do not reconstruct past status from a current status without evidence. Ask about ambiguities that affect totals. If unresolved, label the report provisional and explain the workbook treatment: invalid inquiry dates are excluded, unrecognized sources group as Unknown, and an invalid status or unverified client-start date stays in the inquiry total under Other / needs review.

Produce:
1. A cleaned, editable copy of the five input columns with changes and unresolved issues identified separately.
2. Counts for the same inquiry cohort: unique inquiries by first source; Unknown count/share with numerator and denominator; clients whose qualifying client-start date is on or before the as-of date; and counts of the other statuses. If a record says Client but its date is missing, show it separately as “Client status, date unverified,” rather than silently including it in date-qualified client totals. Do not add conversion percentages unless asked.
3. A short interpretation separating the observed counts from what they cannot establish. Self-reported first source is not full multi-touch attribution or proof that a channel caused a sale. Avoid winner/loser judgments from a few records. Never divide this week's clients by unrelated inquiries received this week.
4. One proportionate next action, such as asking “Where did you first hear about my coaching?” if sources are missing. Do not infer first source from the app used to send an inquiry.
5. A blank reusable row and a short manual update routine. If I ask for formulas, first establish the application and exact column layout; give copyable formulas and test cases without claiming installation.

End with a self-check: source counts reconcile to unique inquiries; status counts reconcile to the same cohort; unknowns stay visible; zero records means “no data”; out-of-window inquiries and post-cutoff outcomes are handled correctly. Ask me to verify records and arithmetic before decisions.
